How do I add or change my payment method?

An automatic payment method is the easiest way to pay your Slingshot bill. Simply set up a direct debit or credit card on your account and we'll take payment for you on your due date.

The easiest way to set up a payment method is with our smart app.

Add a payment method in the Slingshot app

If you haven't already, download the Slingshot app from the App Store or Google Play.

  1. Open the Slingshot app. If this is your first time using the app, sign in to your Slingshot account.
  2. Tap Pay Now
  3. Tap Automatic payments.
  4. Tap Credit or debit card or Set up a direct debit.
  5. Follow the prompts to set up your payment method.

Add a payment method in My Slingshot (desktop)

  1. Sign in to your Slingshot account.
  2. Tap Menu
  3. Tap Payment Method.
  4. Tap Set up an Automatic payment.
  5. Tap Credit or debit card or Set up a direct debit.
  6. Follow the prompts to set up your payment method.

You can easily edit or switch between payment methods in the Slingshot app or in My Slingshot if you're on desktop.
