What do I do when my outage is resolved?
Once the issue is fixed, simply restart your modem by turning it off and back on. This will reconnect you to our network. If you're still having trouble, don't hesitate to call our friendly technical support team on 0800 89 2027. We're here to help you get back online smoothly.
