How do I add a homeline to my account?

With My Slingshot, you can request a additional services whenever you like! Simply log in with your email and password and select 'My Plan' from the options at the top right of the page.

 

To add a new Homeline to your account: 

  1. Under 'Change Speed' select 'Change Now'.
  2. Ensure the correct Broadband Plan is selected.
  3. Under Homeline click 'Add'. The pricing for the homeline will display in the order summary on the right. 
  4. Click 'Submit Order'.
  5. A summary of the changes will display. Review the order summary and click 'Submit Order' to confirm. 
  6. A confirmation message will display and you will receive an email confirming the order details. 

If you would like to remove your homeline, simply follow the steps above and instead of selecting 'Add', select 'Remove' under Homeline.
