Why have I been billed twice for my mobile plan?

When you sign up for our mobile plans, please note that your mobile plan charges starts on the day of activation and renews every 30 days. As opposed to your invoice which is generated on a specific date each month.

Your last bill may feature a pro-rata charge as well. But this is likely to be a credit – we will make sure you don’t get charged for any days between when your services are disconnected and the end of your billing cycle.

To make things clear, any charges on your bill will include descriptions and the dates that those charges cover.

As an example, the screenshot below was taken from an account that was connected on 22/05 and their first invoice was on 07/06. The first line on their invoice is their standard monthly charge and the second line is their "Pro-rata" charge for their services from 22/05 to 07/06.
