Wiring Insurance Refund
If you're a former Orcon customer and paid for a service called 'wire maintenance' while on a Orcon fibre connection, we may owe you a refund.
Wire maintenance was a service originally created for copper customers, however, since 2012 it had been additionally obtainable to fibre customers. whereas a little proportion of fibre customers may benefit from the service, it had been not applicable for many of those customers. therefore 2021 we removed the wire maintenance service to customers on fibre connections.
We are in the process of identifying and contacting customers who shouldn’t have been offered the service and will arrange refunds with them.
If you have any questions or believe you are one of the affected customers – drop us a line and we’ll be happy to help.
